The Food & Wine Classic is gearing up for its highly anticipated return! The renowned food festival is making its way back to Aspen, Colorado, for its 42nd year this summer, boasting a lineup of top-notch celebrity chefs and experts. Scheduled to run from June 20-22, this year’s festival promises attendees a delightful array of cooking demonstrations, wine and food tastings, and various special events. Tickets for the three-day extravaganza will go on sale on January 22 at 12 p.m. ET on classic.foodandwine.com.
Notable culinary figures such as Padma Lakshmi, Carla Hall, Andrew Zimmern, Maneet Chauhan, Tyler Florence, Martin Yan, Ayesha Curry, Kristen Kish, Tiffany Derry, Stephanie Izard, Claudette Zepeda, and the winner of Top Chef season 22 are among the esteemed chefs set to showcase their talents through demonstrations and panel discussions at the event. The wine and beverage segment of the Classic will feature experts like Ray Isle, Bobby Stuckey, Carlin Karr, Monica Samuels, June Rodil, Mark Oldman, Anne Becerra, Wanda Mann, Amanda McCrossin, Sabato Sagaria, Prairie Rose, Gary Obligacion, Anthony Giglio, Miles White, Femi Oyediran, Julia Coney, and more, with additional talent announcements on the horizon.
Last year marked a significant milestone for the Food & Wine Classic as it expanded for the first time to include a fall food festival held in Charleston, South Carolina. In collaboration with major Dotdash Meredith brands such as Food & Wine, Southern Living, and Travel + Leisure, the event with a Southern flair is set to make a comeback on November 14.

Reflecting on the transition, Kish expressed gratitude towards Lakshmi for paving the way, stating, “I don’t know if I would’ve been the person to step into that role if she hadn’t held it for 19 seasons, and I don’t take that lightly. She formed the pathway and the road, and then it was my job to be me and drive down that road.”
