Russ Cook completed his journey from South Africa with a finish line celebration in Tunisia yesterday.
Cook, who shared his journey moment by moment on social media, stated that he covered 16 thousand kilometers by running for 352 days.
Cook traveled through Namibia, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Cameroon, Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Senegal, Mauritania and Algeria.
Cook announced that approximately 600 thousand pounds collected on a donation platform opened for his journey will go to an organization that provides sports services to young people.
